Dean Heating and Cooling has been serving southeast Ohio since 1994. Ken Dean founded the company with a straightforward goal: give local homeowners honest, reliable heating and cooling service they could count on. From the beginning, the work spoke for itself.

Jared joined Ken not long after the doors opened, and the two built the business side by side for years. In 2011, Ken, Karen, Jared, and Marjorita became co-owners, deepening the family roots that have always defined how Dean Heating and Cooling operates. When Ken and Karen retired in 2022, they handed the business to Jared and Marjorita knowing the same standard of care would carry forward.

Today, Jared and Marjorita lead a team that brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience to every job. We are a local, family-owned company, and that matters in how we show up for customers. We know the homes, the weather, and the communities across this part of Ohio because we live and work here too.

We install and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps. We also specialize in geothermal systems, tankless water heaters, and generator installation and service. Whether you need a quick repair or a full system replacement, we handle it with the same attention we would give our own home.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. We also take emergency calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, because heating and cooling problems do not always wait for business hours.
